Retailers Fund Online Insurance Quote System

In working with the Michigan Retailers Association, Gaslight Media has created a dynamic data driven Insurance Quote system for the Retailers Fund agents to generate insurance quotes for businesses via the Internet. This is a custom built application which enables the instant generation of estimates for insurance quoting purposes. With this, a PDF document is automatically generated containing the letter from the agent, the insurance quote, and additional marketing materials to complete the Retailers Association benefits package. Unique to this application:
- Multi-level registered user database for permission based administration privileges.
- Data entered into the form from the front end of the Web site is automatically converted into a PDF (printable document) upon submission of the form into the database.
- Insurance Quotes will reside as files in the admin area, allowing the Retailers Fund to review the Companies information and re-submit a completed application for quote processing upon further information being provided by Company if necessary.
- If an application has been modified in the administration area, a new PDF quote package will be generated, and dated as such when the change occurred.
- Dynamic rate tables for business payroll class codes and payroll rates.
- Automatic calculation of the rate per calculations set in the database.
- Tracking system of closed sales generated through the online submission procedure.
